2. Material Testing:

In addition to the efficient and effective quality assurance, we have our own fully equipped modern testing laboratory, where nearly all tests are conducted to ensure strict quality. Our laboratory is situated at CBD Belapur where well trained lab technicians are deployed. All necessary modern testing equipments are installed at this lab. Hence a very precise testing and timely reporting are being ensured using those resources.

Our list of Clients includes Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Thane Municipal Corporation, Mumbai Metropolitan Road Development Authority, City and Industrial Development Corporation Maharashtra. SKG professionals conduct testing as per the specification of tender documents, MORTH specification, relevant BS, BIS codes of practices etc. and maintain the records appropriately to avoid any repetition of work and ambiguity at the time of billing to the client, resulting in ultimate cost efficiency to the organization by reducing the wastage of resources e.g. man-power, machine, material and time etc.

    Fresh Mix Testing, Cured Concrete Testing, Concrete Sample Preparation,mixed design of various grade of concrete.
  • Compressive streangth Tests, flexural tests,core tests etc.
  • Soil Tests :
    CBR, OMC & MDD, Gradation, LL & PI, FSI etc.
  • Aggregate Tests :
    Gradation, Aggregate Impact Value Tests, Abberation Tests, Water absorption, specific gravity,DLBD etc.
  • Ashphalt Test :
    Preparation of Mix Design of different types of asphalt concrete e.g BM, DBM, BC etc. Quality of Binder etc.
  • Field Test :
    Compaction test of embankement, subgrade, DBM, BM, BC etc.
